We were recently involved in an unusual moving situation. The staff at Enterprise Moving handled the situation with professionalism, respect and understanding. They went out of their way to assure that we received excellent service. And when there was a communication failure that impacted our scheduled move, the team went above and beyond to see that the move was not significantly delayed. The service was also affordable and our belongings were delivered without any damage. I would definitely recommend!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1930

The team of two arrived as scheduled. They were courteous and very efficient, appreciating that I was being charged by the time they spent moving my furniture. They had the tools and other supplies they needed to move my belongings safely and without damaging them or my home. I've used this company in the past with success and will continue to hire them and refer them to my friends and family. It is great to work with a business who values customer service. Thanks!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1400

Lost one of my items and didn't do anything about it when I called twice to inquire about getting it back. Damaged another item and didn't say anything about it to me. Didn't keep their masks on while inside the house. Made me sign the papers saying they'd delivered everything in good condition before even having finished unloading all of my items. Charged me a $100 packing fee without mentioning it in the quote (even after having seen photos of the exact items they'd be moving in the exact condition they'd be in). Overall not a great experience, I would not recommend.

I scheduled movers with Lucas for May 8th. In the agreement it said I would get a confirmation call the day before, no call came but I had been clear about my elevator booking being 11am so I assumed that was the time the movers would should up.

11 passes, 12 passes and 1 passes by the time I realize there are no movers coming as I have not received a call from anyone. The office is closed Saturday but there was no way for me to contact the movers or the company about this situation.

Lucas called with no apology but tried to get me to reschedule, unfortunately I could not as I was moving cross country and had my flight later that day.

I would not recommend this company because of how unreliable they are. Thankfully I got my deposit refunded but if youre reading all those 5 star reviews thinking hmm, maybe they are good. Think again. I made the mistake of believing these fake 5 star reviews!! Learn from my mistake.

I warn anyone moving across country to please use any other company than Enterprise Moving. My items were picked up May 7th and were expected to arrive by truck on May 16th. Not only were my items not delivered on this date when I called and spoke to a manager I was told they didn't know where my items were and that I would get a call a day before the arrival. My items were picked up on a moving truck and then placed on a train without my consent. I have no idea when I will have a bed, couch or any of my personal belongings and the manager did nothing to sympathize with me instead called me a Karen and told me it's normal to sleep on the floor when you move across country. I spoke with Steven, the manager, he is an awful man and I hope anyone who reads this choses another company.

Moved my mom out West to Alberta from St Catharines, ON and all her items arrived on time. The two men delivering were courteous and quick, and went out of their way to deliver on the day they had arranged. All items were accounted for and the cost was extremely reasonable compared to other moving companies. Lucas provided a service true to his word and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Enterprise Moving for helping to make my moms move go smoothly. She is truly grateful.

I had ordered a move from Saskatchewan to Ontario, they didn’t show up on the original date that had been agreed on. The movers that removed the furniture were great, I watched them pack everything and leave. They held onto my furniture as I didn’t have a place yet, but when it came down to when they placed my belongings into a storage container, they placed fragile items under stacks of heavy objects, I have 3/4 of my boxes destroyed (plastic and cardboard). I emailed Lucas with photos and called with no answer back. That was back in May. I was quoted 850, then told my small one bedroom apartment was over 1900lbs, shown scale tickets that were done in Mississauga. I moved from Saskatchewan they should have originally been done there. I was the last stop for that truck and they came from Saskatoon. They should have weighed the truck before picking up my items and weighing it afterwards. It Cost me over double the quote. They need better customer service, I should have heard from Lucas when I made the complaint, but never did.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING!** I have moved many times in my life, homes, cities, countries and this was the worst experience I ever had with a moving company. We had them move about 40 items from Toronto to Vancouver and they lost a couple of boxes, the top part of a two-piece antique desk and completely destroyed a $1000 painting that was properly packed and clearly marked as FRAGILE. On top of that, they were not easy to reach for updates. Their voicemail is full most of the time. I had to deal with a very rude lady in the claims department who told me I must not know how things worked in Canada just based on an assumption of a foreign sounding name even though I have lived in Canada for 23 years and she also told me that if I "lose her" nobody will look for my items. After I gave up on them even looking for the lost items, I submitted a claim for insurance and they offered me $100!! and even make that sound like they were doing me a favor.

The restoration of the painting alone will cost me close to $2000 in addition to the items they lost. I can say with certainty that this was the worst company in any business that I have ever dealt with in Canada. They don't even deserve the one star I had to give them There should be an option for zero stars.

2 days before they said the truck had issue in Montreal will be delayed

On the delivery date nobody show up callLucas no answer ignore your call and text I can see he read the messages

They me back saying Tuesday or Wednesday so 5 days delayed

The. Call hung up saying sorry mistake but called him back no answer

Call again office 5 times saying your furniture coming by train no one told me it’s shipped by train I will never accept that Lucas does not give a shit just sale sale Slept on air mattress for 12 days worst moving ever couldn’t go do job interview no clothes no stuff in the kitchen

And finally 12 days later they text me saying be there in 2 hour

This move was a complete nightmare. Moved from Ontario to Alberta. The quote was well beyond what I had to pay. The delivery date kept getting pushed back- they said they have one driver for all of Canada. Finally received my items 5weeks after I moved. Several damaged pieces of furniture- they repacked some of my items at their warehouse into very large boxes (3) without advising me and things were tossed destroying some items. I am missing boxes of my property- there was footprints found on some of my furniture- It was a disaster. They sent me photos of peoples belongings asking me if I owned them. Ignored several of my calls and emails. I filed a claim thru their claims department and they stated I did not qualify.

THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT HANDLING YOUR PERSONAL POSSESSIONS.

Enterprise Moving made it so easy for me to move all of my furniture from my home in Winnipeg MB to my new apartment in Toronto ON. The movers handled all of my belongings with care and even wrapped and protected my furniture to ensure no damage happened during the moving process. As a first time mover, this was such a breeze and made it so seamless to get my things across the country. I recommend Enterprise to anyone who is looking for a kind staff, great price and extremely professional service.

We had a wonderful experience with Enterprise Moving. Everyone I spoke with at the office was kind, professional, and helpful. The date of our move changed at the very last minute and we truly appreciated Enterprise Moving' willingness to accommodate us. They were awesome, professional, efficient, and friendly. They worked so hard and we were truly impressed with their efforts. Should we need moving services in the future, we will be happy to hire Enterprise Moving.
