On time and very professional!

From start to finish the company was very professional. They helped with the planning of the move. Before the move they checked in with me to be sure that I had everything I needed. On the day of the move they called to say they were on their way and arrived on time. Throughout the day the worked incredibly hard and fast. They checked to be sure everything was where it needed to be. I would call on them if we ever need to move anything again.

Long-distance move from Oshawa, ON to Grande Prairie, AB

CONSUMER BE AWARE!

When I told them the date I needed my stuff from Ontario to Alberta Jennifer said it wasn't a problem. Well they picked up my stuff on August 19th as agreed. On August 31st I contact Jennifer to see when the movers were coming the next day, Jennifer then informed me that the truck had broken down and it would be delayed (why did I have to contact her to hear about this) the date she then gave me was September 10-14, all my kids stuff was in there for back to school so I had to re purchase everything for them. Then I was calling every week for an update only for Jennifer to not answer my calls. Then when my stuff finally arrived I was told by the sub contrated company that I had to pay them $75 per staircase they had to bring the stuff up!!!! This was never disclosed to me and I didn't have the money to pay these ppl I just paid Enterprise $3000.00!!!! So the movers left all my stuff in my apartment building lobby and my husband had to come home and miss a days pay at work. This is absolutely horrible to do to ppl.

Long-distance move from Ottawa, ON to Vancouver, BC

Best moving experience!

I had the best experience with Enterprise Moving for my move. It was my first time hiring movers and they were very responsive with the initial quotes and scheduling, they even let me reschedule my move to 1 week earlier than originally planned. On moving day, they arrived right on time, very quick to haul everything out and careful to pad & protect large furniture items like our couches, dressers, and flat screen TV. Overall a great value moving company, I recommended them to all my friends and family and I would not hesitate to contact them again the next time we move!

Packing and moving service

The packing and moving followed exactly the schedule that the estimate outlined. Our belongings (including a lot of decor) was packed carefully and labeled. There were no surprises or delays. The movers also picked up after themselves which made it easy to leave the apartment clean for the next resident. Our furniture was padded in furniture pads and wrapped in plastic, so it should be free of scrapes and dirt when it is unpacked.

Stress free!

Enterprise Moving came quickly and provided a fair estimate. They were able to give me a moving date the next week. Their professional moving team showed up on time and well prepared to handle all of our furniture and belongings. The team was quick and efficient. I appreciated their taking time adequately wrap and protect our possessions. This was a wonderful stress free experience.

Flawless move!

Great experience! These guys were awesome. They arrived in a timely matter and immediately got to work. They were fast but very careful with my items and furniture and were very kind to place things where I needed them. No damage was done to my old home or new. I was worried about going with a company that I hadn't heard of before but I'm really glad I did. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable and if I move again I will definitely be using them!

The whole experience was fantastic! The company is transparent, honest, and very good at what they do. It was easy to schedule the appointment and get a quote. Movers, they were on-time and professional. Nothing was scratched or damaged. Due to some complications at the new place, the move took longer than expected, but they stayed until it was complete. Thank you for making my move a smooth move.

Helpful service!

The office was super helpful getting everything set up and followed up with me several times to finalize plans. On moving day, two awesome guys showed up when they said they would. They were friendly, respectful, and professional. And most importantly, they moved all my belongings with great care and very efficiently. Would definitely use them again for future moves!

Great experience from start to finish

Pre-moving process dealing with office and scheduling was excellent. Price was considerably less than competitors. Cost came in under estimate. They were on time, very careful with my furniture and new home. They were pleasant, joking around having fun while working hard and efficiently. The best thing was we had this huge sofa that had to go thru a tiny opening and nobody thought they could do it. They made 3 separate attempts and on the third try they got it. Would highly recommend using them! Thank you guys!

Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company. They were very professional from beginning to end. During the move they realized they were not going to be able to fit everything in one truck as initially planned. They got an additional truck to move the items that would not fit in the first truck. They did not charge any extra for this. Great company I would absolutely use this company again. The movers who we met were very professional and friendly.
